Please review the information on our Art Info page to be sure you are sending files that are set-up correctly. Art that is not set up correctly may incur additional costs to make it "ready-to-print."
IMPORTANT! Before sending artwork:
Place all the files in a folder and ZIP the folder to make a single archive file and send that one file - Do not send individual files. This will keep all your files together and speed up the transfer process as well.

Mac users can do this simply by Right-clicking (or Control-click) on the folder and selecting "Compress (Your Folder Name)"

Windows users can download many of the free ZIP utilities, some of which are:

More applications are listed here: http://www.thefreesite.com/Free_Software/Unzipping_compression_freeware/

This page lets you send your files directly to us without going through e-mail programs, many of which will not allow large attachments.

To send files, enter your e-mail address, any message and contact info we will need in case we have a question in the spaces above. Click on the Browse button and navigate to the file you want to send. Once you have selected the correct file, click on the SEND button. The time required for your upload will depend on file size and speed of your internet connection. If you are on a dialup, and need to send a large file, we suggest you send it to us on a CD.

NOTE: Some browsers do not show the progress bar correctly. This does not mean your file is not being tranmitted. Once we have recieved your file, we will send a proof made from the art, usually within 24 hours. If you sent a file and we did not respond to it, you may e-mail us at support@displayjob.com to check on the status of the file.

FTP Info: If you have a FTP client program you may use it to upload files as well. Here is the log-in info:

Host: ftp.displayjob.com User: displayjob Password: uploads

IMPORTANT - If you send files via FTP send an e-mail to support@displayjob.com to let us know you have sent a file - we do not regularly check for files there. Include in your message contact and order info so we will know which job the file is for. Do not send art directly to this e-mail address.
