Banner Insurance

All of our retractable banner stands have a warranty that cover the stand itself. This warranty applies to the hardware only - not the banner. The reason for this is we cannot control how the banner is handled. Almost 100% of any issues with our stands come from a user (usually a new user) allowing the retracted banner to slip out of their hands has they are either setting up or taking down the banner. Beacuse the retractor spring is fully loaded the banner goes crashing to the floor and is rewound at a un-controlled high rate of speed and usually results in a damaged banner. This damge is beyound our control and as such we cannot warranty against it.

We do offer insuance for such damage. With this insurance we will replace the banner with the original art at no charge should it become damaged. A replacement banner can run $200 - $300, the insurance is only $65 (R).

This insurnace does not cover shipping damge where the banner stand and banner are damaged bu UPS, FedEx or any other freight carrier. Their insurance should take care of that type of damge.

The new banner will be made from the same original art. New art is not covered with this program. The only cost for a new covered banner is the shipping costs.
